Listed Stables and Outbuildings
Conversion of courtyard stable block and outbuildings to leisure uses for a Grade II listed Victorian countryside villa. New uses will include gym, studio, summer house and workshop. The outbuildings will be carefully repaired and refurbished.
Labourer’s Cottages
The refurbishment to of a pair of listed labourer’s cottages in the Peak District. The cottages have been derelict for several decades and will be sensitively brought back into use.
Harrogate Ladies’ College
Repairs and improvements to school buildings within a Conservation Area, including a full refurbishment of the 1930’s swimming pool with new changing and spectator facilities, pool hall ventilation and pool lining. Work also includes conversion of an existing classroom to new Wellness Centre and repairs to the 1920’s chapel.
Big Barn Conversion
The conversion of a large stone barn to four holiday lets on a listed estate.
Residential Development: Retail Unit
The conversion of retail storage and office space to two apartments in a Cheshire town centre.
